If you are contacting us by e-mail, please include your name and phone number, the type of dessert of interest with any specific design elements or special requests noted, the type of event or occasion you are celebrating, the date and location of your event, and the expected number of guests; we will respond within 3 days. If you are inquiring about an order that is to be picked up or delivered within 7 days, please call us to discuss your order. We recommend that you place your order at least one week prior to your occasion to ensure our availability, but we will attempt to accommodate more immediate requests.

For weddings, we recommend that you contact us at least three months prior to your wedding to ensure our availability and allow sufficient time to attend a tasting and for us to work together to design the cake of your dreams. We will, however, attempt to accommodate more immediate requests.

MallowDrama accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Free delivery is available to Reston and Herndon. Delivery is available throughout the Washington DC area; fee is based on location. Pick-up in Reston is also available.
